About the Project

This is a facility that we have installed multiple air cooled chillers to replace old compressor chillers.

The new chillers installed are Class 1, Div 2 explosion proof units with nitrogen purges installed on the control panels.  In order to get the system running properly, we have added external 500 gallon tanks and separate heat exchangers to cool the chemical product side.  

All of the pipe is prefabricated at our shop prior to the new chillers arriving on site in order to create the least amount of down time possible. All welds are x-ray quality to ensure that there are no issues in the future.
