This project consisted of replacing the existing condenser water system, including cooling towers and piping. The new cooling towers had to be located on the roof of the parking garage. This included adding new 20” condenser water supply and return pipe from the new towers, down through four levels of parking garage and through a functioning steam boiler room and chiller room, terminating at the four chillers and associated pumps. This all being completed without any disruption of production from the central plant for cooling, heating and humidity control for three buildings.  We worked with W.S. Bellows
